Once activated, your public helpdesk is available at http://clients.yoursite.com/helpdesk (works for both guests and logged in users). Alternatively you can grab an HTML embed code and integrate the helpdesk in your website.
Some of the things you can configure are:
- Permissions – who can answer helpdesk tickets
- Notifications – who gets notifications about tickets
- Create accounts – if you want SPP to automatically create an account for people who submit a ticket you can enable this option
