So you received a payment but the order is not showing up in SPP. Here are some steps you can take to help us solve the issue:
- Wait a few minutes. Payment notifications from your processor are not instant and may be delayed in some cases.
- Check the logs. Click your name at the top-right of the SPP admin panel and select System Logs from the drop-down menu. Check if any errors show up in the logs.
- Check IPN history. Provided you’re logged into PayPal, you can access IPN history here https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-ipn-notify
See if any IPN messages have failed and copy the contents of the latest messages.
