Using Tags to Organize Orders

There are four order statuses in SPP:

  • Pending – waiting for client to provide order information
  • Working – working on the order
  • Complete – completed order
  • Canceled – cancelled or refunded order

To help sort and manage orders you can assign custom tags to your orders.

Add Tag to Order

You can create a new tag or choose from one of your saved tags. You can your team can see the tags both in the orders list and order details and use them to quickly find and filter orders.

To delete a tag simply click the x next to it.

Tagged Order

Finally, you can manage your saved tags from SPP Settings > Tags.
